What do you like about Meteor?
I have found Meteor to be a very customer focused company, both in their dealings with us and our third party customers. The front line staff are proactive, well presented and helpful. Meteor adopts a partnership approach with regular two-way feedback. They have reacted very well to our changing business needs over the past four years.

We experienced some problems in the past with staff turnover, punctuality and image. This has not been the case with Meteor; any minor issues are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion.

How did Meteor help to solve problems?
Meteor staff and the management team operate a clear line of communication to us, the customer. We hold regular meetings and feedback sessions so that we are all up to date with what's happening in all areas. We work together to anticipate and resolve potential issues in advance.
