We have excellent working relationships with the major manufacturers, in the UK, their engineers and their technical development teams. As a matter of course at all our parking locations our staff are fully trained to undertake first line preventative maintenance in line with manufacturers guidance and training. Additionally we have dedicated IT support to ensure that the equipment is fully operational and the equipment reporting processes are functioning correctly.
