Meteor aquire Nikaro Limited - 2007
We are pleased to announce that Meteor has acquired Corby based Nikaro Limited, a company providing national specialist keyholding and alarm response services (www.nationalkeyholding.co.uk). Established some ten years ago, Nikaro operates through an extensive network of service providers, offering a fully national service to its clients.
Like Meteor, Nikaro is accredited under the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme and is a National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Guarding Gold Medal holder.
Stephen Turner, Managing Director of Meteor Parking, said, "We are delighted to have acquired Nikaro, which will double the size of our current security activity. In line with our development plan, this provides national coverage and the ability to extend the range of security services we can offer to our clients".
Nikaro will operate alongside Meteor's existing security services business.
