Our Operation
Prior to commencement of each security contract Meteor Security will, in conjunction with the client, carry out the following: -
- Security and safety risk assessment
- Agreed implementation plan
- Full description of assignment i.e. rosters, procedures, uniform, duties
- Assignment instructions as agreed by the client
- Officer profile for the assignment
- TUPE consultations where applicable
- Site familiarisation training
- Agree key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreement (SLA) with the client
Meteor security will designate a contracts manager who will liaise with clients, officers and Meteor operations management.
The contracts manager will be responsible for: -
- Ensuring service is delivered in accordance with KPI's and SLA
- Assess staff performance and development
- Weekly/monthly client meetings
- Identifying ongoing training requirements
- Ensuring our client receives a quality, best value service
