Our Operation

Prior to commencement of each security contract Meteor Security will, in conjunction with the client, carry out the following: -

  • Security and safety risk assessment
  • Agreed implementation plan
  • Full description of assignment i.e. rosters, procedures, uniform, duties
  • Assignment instructions as agreed by the client
  • Officer profile for the assignment
  • TUPE consultations where applicable
  • Site familiarisation training
  • Agree key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreement (SLA) with the client

Meteor security will designate a contracts manager who will liaise with clients, officers and Meteor operations management.

The contracts manager will be responsible for: -

  • Ensuring service is delivered in accordance with KPI's and SLA
  • Assess staff performance and development
  • Weekly/monthly client meetings
  • Identifying ongoing training requirements
  • Ensuring our client receives a quality, best value service
